Reference to the “Affiliate” or “Affiliates” means any person including a company, its employees, officers, agents, subcontractors, and others acting at its direction and control or under contract to it in connection with the Affiliates who brings new customer to the online casino that partners with Affuture in return for compensation in form of renumeration.

7. All material contained in this website, provided by Affuture is only intended for the lawful use by its Affiliates, employees and members of the general public. Access to the Website

12. The process of Affiliates at Affuture shall be as follows:

 

1. You need to be registered and have an account with us; or
2. We will process and track the tracking link that led to the website of casinos partnering with Affuture;
3. Upon tracking, we will automatically update the number of the customer brought in our software which will allow you and Affuture to see the total number of new customers have been brought in;
4. You will receive a one-off payment or a percentage of the loss from the new customer or a combination of both upon our assessment of the quality of the new customer.
5. A new customer shall only count as a new customer at the casino if he has deposited a minimum amount (which may differ according to each casino) at the casino.
6. Affiliates shall not be paid for new customer if the new customer already have a double account at the casino or excludes himself from gambling.
7. Percentage of Revshare (the percentage of loss share from customer) is paid out for lifetime so long as the minimum number of new customers of 10 person has been referred to the respective casino in the last 3 months by the Affiliate.
8. Payment or cash out process shall only be initiated by us once a minimum income of €250 has been achieved by the Affiliates.
9. Payment for a current month shall be cashed out in the following month by the 30th.
10. Any attempted fraud and manipulation suspicion among the Affiliates shall not be tolerated by Affuture, and Affuture shall in its own discretion terminate the Affiliate from assessing the affiliate program with the giving whatsoever payment and/or renumeration and/or compensation and/or commission gained.

 

13. You may not misuse the Website (including, without limitation, by hacking).

 

14. Please note that we shall aim to co-operate fully with any law enforcement authorities or court orders requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or locate anyone in breach of Section 12 or 13 above.

 

15. You shall indemnify us, our suppliers and employees from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs (including legal fees) arising as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your negligence or otherwise as a result of your use of the Website.

Conflict

43. Please kindly note that where this Agreement has been translated to any other non-English language, in the event of any inconsistencies in the meaning of any provision of the English language text of this Agreement, the English language text shall prevail.

 

Confidentiality

You hereby agrees and undertakes that you shall not, except as authorised by the Affuture in writing, communicate, divulge, reveal to or use for the benefit of any other person, firm or company any Trade Secrets and confidential information of the Affuture Ltd. or any information concerning the Affiliates programme or the business, transactions or affairs relating hereto which may come to its knowledge hereunder and shall not use or attempt to use any such information in any manner which may injure or cause loss either directly or indirectly to Affuture Ltd. or their businesses, and will procure their employees, agents and representatives and all other persons who had access to such information to keep strictly secret and confidential all such information
